Regina “Reg” Johnson loves making & decorating cakes! When she had to eliminate gluten from her diet, she was determined to develop a gluten-free cake that could compete with any traditional recipe.

Research, trials, and innovative approaches came through! In 2015, RegCakes Gluten Free Bakery was born in the Johnson family’s home-based bakery. We opened as a fully-staffed commercial operation in 2021.

Regina, her family, and all the staff are delighted to have a part in bringing “good” into the gluten-free life.
